Time for a smallish update

Hi there once more!
This time I will not show a new tool, but a new function for our very good old Level Editor: Decals. These are utilized mostly to add good specifics to the level without having considerably sweat. Right here is a little video demonstrating how these can be used (to generate a nasty mess for example :) )

As you can see, there is some stuff to be tweaked and optimized, but I inform you it really is nonetheless cool to use :D
